Yes. UNCUT Jewelry is fully insured until the shipment is handed over to our clients. We offer secured door-step delivery world-wide* (except for a few countries where direct shipping from India is not permitted)
Can I track the status of my order?

Why does the product appear to be different on the website than the original piece?
We try to capture the design in its utmost essence, with true to reality colours, though sometimes the result is subject to lighting and may appear different on each screen depending on the screen resolution. Each product is unique as it is handcrafted which implies that no two pieces can be exact replicas, with a 5-10% margin on changes in weights and dimensions and therefore the overall look. We strive towards putting all our efforts to match it to the specifications provided on the website and do not compromise on quality at any point.

How can I get my UNCUT Jewelry Re-sized/ Repaired/ Re-polished?
We are happy to assist you with any resizing / repairing / re-polishing of your UNCUT jewelry.
RESIZE: Once you get in touch with our team via email or phone, you can send your jewelry to us. It is preferable if you can send a sample size if you are sending Jewelry for re-sizing jewelry ( imitation only) along with your jewelry so we can resize it accurately.
REPAIR: Once you get in touch with our team via email or phone, you can send your jewelry to us. Please Note: Once we receive the jewelry and asses it. We will be able to confirm the cost and whether the repairing would be possible.
RE-POLISH: Once you get in touch with our team via email or phone, you can send your jewelry to us.

(*Client is responsible to ship the product to us - incase they require us to have it picked up - courior charges will be applicable. There might or may not be a small cost attached to the the re-sizing/ repairing depending on what needs to be done
What is you REFUND/ RETURN Policy?
We are happy to accept all returns or exchange on Jewelry bought from Pret Uncut by Aditi Amin for a period of 6month (you would need to provide proof of purchase) from the date of purchase at a 30% mark-down*
We will be issuing a credit note or adjust the value of the returned product against your next UNCUT jewelry purchase* Credit note valid for a period of 3 months from the issue date. (This Policy does not apply to FESTIVE COLLECTION & ESMÉE COLLECTION).

I see a different price than what I saw earlier for a design, why is that?
We update our prices based on the Gold rate fluctuations. That is the reason why sometimes you may see a difference in the price from when you saw earlier.
Do you have any stores or stockists? I would like to see the product before buying it?
Our collections are sold through our website. We also entertain walk-ins at our studio UNCUT, by Aditi Amin ( Ahmedabad, Gujarat). Incase of any store collaboration we will keep you posted, through all our Social Media Handle. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest, but we will need you to fill in your email address at checkout and phone number during checkout for communication related to your order fulfilment and logistics.
How do I reset my password?
You can click on forgot password, to receive a password reset link on your registered email ID.
Do you take customisation orders?
